Returns
- Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Non-returnable items: Custom-made, personalized, or final sale items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
- Return process: To initiate a return, please email us at info@trinitycreationsindia.com with your order number, item details, and reason for return. We will respond with return instructions.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
- We will offer a free replacement, exchange, or full refund based on the issue and product availability.
Exchanges
- We allow exchanges for eligible products of the same or higher value (with the difference payable). Please contact us to confirm availability before sending the product back.
Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or the wrong product was sent.
- For approved cases, return shipping charges will be reimbursed.
